This table is PERFECT for my preschool classroom. Heavy, but that means it's very solid. Pretty easy to put together -- some of the holes to attach the legs didn't line up, but with a drill, it was easy to put a screw through the wood. The legs are adjustable, but you need to remove two bolts per leg to do it. So learn from my mistakes and make sure to measure the height you actually want, because it's annoying to do twice.. This table has a 1.25" thick high-pressure laminate top that's durable and easy to clean. The top has an attractive black T-mold edge that won't crack or peel. The solid cast iron X-base has leveling glides to prevent the table from wobbling on uneven floors. The steel has a 3" diameter and is made of 16-gauge steel. The top and base are all shipped in one box. Easy to assemble.
