It fits snugly against a wall, has a protective non-skid base, hygienic, and has an easy pedal opening and soft closure. A great bin in more ways than one!

Was super excited and very happy about this purchase. Looks great but it hasn’t been two months and the lid is squeaking horribly every time I open it by stepping on it. Dont know if this is normal, I don’t think so. But otherwise it looks beautiful for a garbage can. Just didn’t think it would squeak after paying over $200 for a trash can but that was my choice..
