When I first installed the bathroom lighting (5-light vanity fixture), I used regular (standard bulb-shaped) bulbs. Looked attractive, but thought it would give off more brilliance. I would've rated higher but after opening the package, the bulbs don't even have any protection other than the individual plastic. Considering that the delivery driver threw the box onto the porch, I'm surprised that none broke. When I first received these LED bulbs I was sure they werent going to work in my ceiling fan, so I ordered a different set. The fan blades hit the bulb with the fan on. I didnt know at that time that the light arms were adjustable. Duh. I tried them again after the new set I ordered did the same thing, and adjusted the angle. It worked!
