This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. I hate to be negative because I've always had such good luck with Wayfair, but this cat tree was a disaster. It was very difficult to get the screws to go through where they were supposed to and once I had it assembled, my cat, took one jump at it to try to start using the scratcher, and the bass broke and it broken too. she kind of tipped it and then the vase broken too, so it's unusable. I'm very disappointed like I said and also I'm 71 with mobility issues so taking something back to a FedEx store is not optimal for me. I trusted Wayfair would have a good product but in this case it wasn't since I can't return it I'm assuming there is no hope for a refund but right now it's sitting out in the trash and as you can see if you look up this item, it wasn't cheap again.
