The negatives for me are the side opposite of the desk is unfinished, it just has black backing on the side so it limits where the bed can be placed from an aesthetic perspective it basically has to be in a corner if you don’t want to see the black backing side. Love these beds. Best with a 12” mattress without boxspring so you can open the secret compartment. Twin is best but we put a twin xl on one of them and no support issues!
