Learn how to create your own heart-adorned and organizational pegboard from blogger Laurel Stavros, of A Bubbly Life.

Pegboards are perfect for organization; and with my nesting instinct coming out, I'm in the mood to organize! I use my pegboard to organize my massive jewelry collection and will be making another for my craft room. A pegboard would be a welcome addition to a mudroom to help keep your family organized!

However, plain white or brown isn't all that attractive looking for an inside the house pegboard. I used white and mint paint and a heart stencil to pretty up mine.

Materials:
Pegboard
Paint
Paintbrush
Hooks
Stencil (or make your own as I did with some contact paper)

I made a heart using contact paper so it would self-adhere to the board. I painted an area on the pegboard with a light mint color. Then, I placed the contact paper heart on top of the pegboard (after the first coat of paint has dried) and covered the whole board with white paint.

I also spray painted hooks in pastel hues for a color pop.
