Out of my last order of 4 items one had to be returned because it was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered dishes for a serving of 8 (24pieces) and received 24 wooden hangers. The second box was a bread pan that the size was listed as 9 by 11. I received an 8.5 by 4.5. It was not even worth the trip to return.
