This electric fireplace is awesome. I get compliments all the time. Its very realistic looking, and it crackles. There are so many choices for lighting. Provides nice extra heating for a room. The crackle is very soothing with lights out and just the glow of the fireplace. Cant recommend this enough. Touchstone is a small company in PA. Well worth the money.

Good looking

We recently built our media wall, and the Touchstone Elite Pro 72" was the perfect pairing to go along with our 77" OLED TV. I honestly didn't realize how much I would enjoy watching a movie at night with the Elite Pro fireplace turned on. Shipping was great for such a large item, and the quality of the fireplace seems top notch, so much better that all the cheap fireplaces out there. Love the app, it is much easier to control the fireplace than the included remote, which would be the only thing I would change (it's a bit of guessing game on which buttons do what). Overall, I highly recommend and love this fireplace. Built to last, this fireplace it priced at the low end of the high-quality models and really makes our media wall pop.

I wanted to write a second review after having for a little while now. I love this thing. I did make one change. For a real look I swapped out the log media for real pecan wood. I cut them to size, placed them accordingly, and then took them out and did controlled burns on them. I didn’t hate the original media but I would have wanted more variety. There were 4 styles I believe with multiples of each. There were only a couple of ways you could put them in. I wanted more variation.

This thing is beautiful. Pictures and video do not do it justice. I took my time placing logs and glass to get the most realistic look I could. Only thing I wish was if the logs had the ability to glow from the lights underneath. Beautiful fireplace!!!

Just purchased my 2nd Touchstone fireplace after moving to a new home, and thrilled to find it now includes audio of a crackling fire! Very satisfied with the product as well as the purchase and delivery experience! Highly recommend!
