I After 6-8 weeks the first fountain started having areas where the resin was separating and cracking. I was sent a replacement fountain for the exact same one purchased 6 months ago. Due to health issues I was not able to unpack the replacement until today. To my surprise the replacement fountain had a large cracked area. Since the cracked pieces were not in the package we can only conclude that it was shipped damaged.

We love our new fountain. It was easy to put together and looks beautiful. We have had so many compliments. If you are looking for a beautiful outside fountain, I highly recommend this one.

They fixed the problem. Provided me with a brand new one. Quality is excellent held up for the whole season put away right now for next year. Excellent customer service and excellent product. Turned out what was wrong with the original one is somebody took it out of the kiln too soon so gradually the bottom portion of the base was beginning to collapse causing the birdbath to lean and dump and then break
