Deep Fry Thermometer

This thermometer reads clearly, even to older eyes, and the instant-read feature is a blessing. It has markings for meat temps, but this should also be able to read lower temp. candies as well. Love it!

Shipping was lightning fast, and the thermometer seems easy to use with a convenient onoff switch, and a FarenheitCelsius function to switch between the two. I cannot wait for summer to use this more!

With all the emphasis on adequate internal meat temperature, a thermometer that reads instantly is great for assuring that the meat is done.

WE used it after smoking a chicken for 5 hours and it worked perfectly. The bird was a hot 174 degrees!

My husband will use this a lot while grilling.

This is a good product but it wont turn off by it self
