I would have rated this fountain higher, but there has been zero response from customer service. During set up, I needed help. I almost removed an essential item which appeared like packing material, and 4 days now after emailing them, they still haven't responded. There's no phone number provided by them, and if getting help now is impossible, imagine if you have warranty issues!
