Joseph Joseph Multi-prep Compact 4-in-1 Chop, Grate and Slice Set

Love this little gadget! Compact, fits in my utensil drawer.

I have only used the grater, the slicer and the chopping blade on this so far as only just received it. Seems to work well though the grater could be sharper with more pronounced blades. My only gripe is the guard that grips the veg or fruit that is being chopped. it does not hold onto the piece of veg and keeps slipping off. I cannot give this product 5 stars because of this.

Extremely sharp. Even if you scrape your finger on the blade whilst washing it, it can slice your finger dangerously. Great to use. Just need to be extremely careful when handling it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s good, compact, sharp and easy to use but the guard is not sufficient to prevent injury as we needed a visit to A&E on first use of the mandolin blade. The guard needs to grip the food more firmly.

Chopping blades are not very sharp, need lots of effort to chop an onion
