Love our electric fireplace. It has the look of a real gas log fireplace along with blowing out hot air.

I love the look of this! It’s so much nicer than I thought it would be in person. I have done a lot of research and found out this brand is one of the best!

We bought this beautiful fireplace about a month ago, we haven’t had a chance to use it much yet, we are totally satisfied with it, we would give it 10 stars if possible.

It works well and is pretty safe. It works like a furnace manual start mode but also has a continuous operate mode which is handy. It came pretty much assembled. Overall a great product:

This was a Christmas gift. It is perfect for my home. I love the look rustic, yet sleek. The quality is strong. It heats the room and adjusts which I really like. My only complaint is there was no instructions for the remote in the box.

I love my new fireplace. Especially like the 5 intensity lighting. Warms up the basement area quickly and the remote is a definite nice addition. Thank you Dimplex!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what can I say about this amazing piece. I find myself sitting in front of it more then anyone in the house. Even though it's not a real fireplace it gives the ambience of a real fireplace. The only thing missing is the crackling sound of the wood burning in a fireplace. After a long day I will sit in front of it with a glass of wine and a book. My son who is only 7 loves to sit in front of it. The only thing is I wish that the heater bar was a little long, but you can feel the heat from the fan pushing out the heat. I love the remote on the cold days and you don't want to move. I would recommend.

It's on wheels so can be easily moved however we have kept ours underneath our television and it works perfectly in our small living room definitely an item I would recommend.

It adds a touch of class while looking modern and expensive. I love the wood grain and the dark accents of the glass. The fireplace is ready to go right out of the box, and it wheels right into place. That's a special bonus because I like to rearrange my room a bit too much according to my husband. It comes with a remote so you can chill out on the couch and still be able to change temperature, off/on. You can also use it for heat or just to have the pretty flames as a room decor piece. I think it's really cool to be able to change the flames to bright or light, big or small. Needless to say I truly LOVE this fireplace. So glad to have it in my room.

Here are some things that I love about this product when you take it out the box it’s already put together and that’s a big plus in my book, it comes with a remote, it’s on wheels and is so light weight you can move it from room to room without a problem. You can use it with the heat on or with just the flames or both. The heater goes from 59° to 86° it really heats up a good size room and it’s perfect for these cold Michigan winters. It has a timer that goes from a half an hour to nine hours, So you can set an on the time that you want and it will turn off when you want to that is a big plus in my book.it has an option to set the flames which is F1-F5 it makes the flames go from light to bright , small to large . It looks so realistic and cozy . This fireplace is perfect for anyone that wants a real fireplace but can’t get one . I have been using this ever since I got it and have gotten so many compliments on it . I love it .
