Beautifully constructed, loved the wider ironing service, expected the iron pad in back to be able to shove under the board for storage but made it work. The person in the family that does the most ironing loves it! Our last one held up for 22 years, expect the same for this model due to construction.

This ironing board is exactly as advertised. It is surprisingly lightweight for such a large one, and is solid and steady. The cover is beautiful, providing an even surface, with wonderful, consistent results. I bought this model with the steam unit holder to have extra room at the end of the board for larger pieces. Also, this provides an especially secure spot to leave the iron, both while adjusting the item being ironed on the board, and while the iron is unplugged and cooling. I am grateful finally to have found this exceptional ironing board, and am absolutely delighted with my purchase.
