Customers appreciate this product's ease of assembly and the enjoyment their cats derive from it, particularly the soft material and multiple play areas. However, concerns exist regarding its stability; many report it's wobbly and prone to tipping, especially with larger cats. Some also noted durability issues, with certain parts breaking or becoming loose relatively quickly.
