Customers report that this product functions exceptionally well, effectively resolving gate sagging issues and making gates easier to operate. Reviewers frequently praise its heavy-duty construction, sturdiness, and overall quality, noting that it is not cheaply made. Many consider it a good value for the price, with some purchasing it a second time due to its performance. One minor concern mentioned is that the wheel can occasionally jam when flipping direction, though this can be mitigated with lubrication.
