This is one of the best purchases we have made from Wayfair. It is MUCH nicer in person - super high quality and very durable. We've had this for 5-6 years now and it still looks brand new. The 60" table IS huge - so make sure you have enough room for it, and that whatever area rug you get, allows for chairs to be pulled out for seating. We purchased 6 comfy chairs to go with the table, however we have had a much larger group and have comfortably seated 8 despite the big pedestal base. Highly recommend.. Janice. MD. Wed Apr 15 2026

Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful table. Good quality. Sturdy, well balanced and weighted. The wood is beautiful. Perfect height for the high chairs we got. It went together easy until we got to the table top. It is fully made of walnut wood (except hardware), taken from natural logs without any auxiliary materials or man-made boards. Only with real environmental protection can it be boldly placed at home. Unlike many "solid wood multi-layer veneered furniture" on the market that peel and warp later, natural logs eliminate this problem.AkzoNobel Eco-Friendly Water-Based Paint Adopting AkzoNobel eco-friendly water-based paint, diluted with water without the pungent smell of thinners like banana oil. The formaldehyde content is far lower than international standards. With 3 coats of primer and 2 coats of topcoat, it provides careful protection, making the table heat-resistant and wear-resistant. Even if a hot dish plate or a teacup with boiling water is placed directly on the tabletop, the mark will disappear immediately.Solid Structure: Stable as a Rock The integrally formed leg posts ensure a solid and stable structure. The thickened tabletop, connected with solid wood discs above and below, and the wide and thick solid wood base increase the overall support, avoiding the tabletop from shaking and tipping over.
