Very nice towel bar but the brackets that came with it are horrible. They did not look like the brackets on the installation sheet and my husband had th finally put them in a vice to bend so we could get the towel bar to fit onto the brackets. Very frustrating. The first pic is what I received (a second time after returning the first) and the second is what they are saying is Antiqued copper (disassembled image from the manufacturer on the multicolor background). This is a very pretty and unique fixture. It's solid and heavy. It's a bit difficult to move the arms, but that just means the towels are more likely to stay in place so it's not a bad thing. Received first towel rack and round mounting brackets/plates were bent enough to make rack unserviceable; it was discarded. I received replacement towel rack and two of the mounting brackets/plates were bent, though not as severely as first rack. Rack brackets/plates still do not fit absolutely flush against the wall! Picture shows that damage is caused by dropping box on end. Manufacturer needs to add more padding/packing on end of boxes to absorb shock from being dropped.. Steven. Amarillo, TX. Wed Mar 16 2022
