Shell & Stone Composite Kitchen Tile

DIY peel-and-stick 3D wall decor genuine mother-of-pearl shell mosaic tile for kitchen backsplash, bathroom accent wall super white.

I ordered samples ivory and white. I loved the ivory for its subtle tones of brown, pink, beige, and gray. The tile came boxed snug. No broken or chipped tiles. It is shiny and beautiful. There are 15 mini squares mounted on mesh which is mounted to a padded peel and stick layer. It is EXTREMELY sticky. Even 5 seconds of contact and that tile is NOT coming off! The tiles were very well cut and mounted strongly to the backing. I had to yank one off the wall, sure that I would ruin it, but only one little square was damaged and a dot of superglue made it good as new. To cut them I used tinsnips, which because they are natural shell and very thin and brittle, resulted in splitting and cracking. I hid those edges under caulk. Overall, I am really happy with my selection of this tile. It’s beautiful and easy for a novice.. Jade. Youngstown, OH. Thu Mar 18 2021

Create a unique and eye-catching backsplash or focal point of your room with this mesmerizing black cobblestone pattern. This is great for walls in a bathroom, fireplaces, or as a backsplash in your kitchen. You can clean-cut the sheet to make borders and buttons of any size.

The order arrived on time and looked good. Color is consistent. It is grade 1 according to the specs, which is the softest and probably easily scratched. Many specifications are either missing or not available such as water absorption, sealing info, DCOF rating, etc. Since it is engineered stone, I assumed it would not absorb water. I did an overnight water absorption test and the pebbles did not seem to absorb water. This is exactly what I want for a shower floor. However, this is twice as expensive comparing to similar natural pebble tiles from big box stores. Good thing I only have 15 sq ft to cover.. Khanh. Mission Viejo, CA. Wed Jan 25 2023

In the Fall we’ll be re-doing our guest bathroom, down to the studs and I’ve started to gather the pieces I want to add back in. I fell in love with this tile! Because of the cost I couldn’t do the whole shower so I ordered 1 box to do the niche. It’s beautiful tile, very delicate! The first sheet I lifted out to inspect lost a couple of pieces off the mesh backing. I don’t think it was something that happened during shipping. The box of tiles was carefully placed in a larger shipping box that was filled with styrofoam peanuts. It arrived about a week after ordering. It’s very heavy.. Jaye. White Bear Lake, MN. This tile is a beautiful accent in our beachy shower! It’s very sparkly and is made from real seashell! Our contractor used 3/8” durock to build out the wall to be flush with the other time we used, otherwise the mud was just too thick... no need to grout the mosaic, only in between tiles (1/16”).. Great for backsplash, floor applications, shower curb, and transition floor.

We name the tile 'sunshine beach'. The tile has a real seashell inside. The small seashell and conch are inlayed in acrylic chips. It is special and funny to have some seashell tiles in your home. It is for interior wall decoration. It is a very good choice for kitchen backsplash, bathroom walls, shower walls, and wall borders.

Nice looking tile, though I haven't installed them yet. Looked a bit darker than I expected, but not overly so, and that could be caused by my computer settings. Great texture. I'm not sure what these particular boxes went through, but they came in absolutely filthy. Didn't impact the tiles, as each section was individually wrapped. I'll update my review once the tile have been installed and in use for a bit.. Megan. North Haverhill, NH. Mon Mar 27 2023
