Tub is nice, however the drain kit it comes with is not so nice. Soft plastic flex line that could easily rupture if performing drain service on the tub with a snake, likely would not pass code inspection. They should offer something of better quality as an option, even if it was an upcharge.. Ron. WA. Mon Aug 17 2026

It is very hard to decide on a tub that you picked out online. I looked at many in person at the fancy bath/kitchen places in all of our nearby cities. I ordered this one. It came in a wooden box very well packed. It looks like a delicate eggshell but it is very solid feeling (it's heavy) and was the focal point in my new bathroom remodel. I love it!. Would order it again.. Sonya. Cocoa, FL. Sat Jul 25 2026

This tub is SPECTACULAR! If you are on the fence because of the price tag, take the leap! Our contractor couldn't believe how much more substantial this tub is then the other's he's installed from Wayfair. The unit is HUGE and HEAVY! It required a lift to get it to our upstairs level. But in place it's perfect and massive. Easily fits 2 adults with room to spare.. Jim Scones. Harlem, NY. Sat Sep 12 2026
