The push button is secure, reliable, and hassle-free. The video doorbell is easy to install and looks great on any door frame. Once you install the doorbell and connect it to the app on your mobile phone, your personal door butler will be ready to get to work. You will be able to answer the door from anywhere with your smartphone, receive instant mobile alerts for rings and motion detection, and communicate directly with visitors. Watch a live feed of the outside of your home at any time or choose to record and store ring history via video and photos to the cloud. For added security, enable the optional 24/7 video surveillance feature within the app round the clock continuous recording. With multiple ring sounds to choose from, the wireless chime could not be simpler to install and pair with your doorbell. Aside from this long list of benefits, this wireless chime has the ability to deter intruders and add a professional level of security to your home – peace of mind is priceless.

This worked for a short time. Had to keep emailing calling Westinghouse which was the only app that pared with the door bell. I do not recommend this door bell.. Tgrandma. Perris California. Sat Mar 07 2020

Almost all the reviews on this item are negative and related to quality. This is not a fair take AT ALL. Please allow me to give some perspective for anyone considering this item. I work for a locally owned electrical distribution company in the Omaha, NE area. Since 2010 we have sold approximately 1,200 of these units (as of Dec 2022), and in all that time only 7 of them have been reported as defective. Keep in mind we are a very small company compared to many around the nation who sell this same item. Only 14 (at time of review) people have reviewed this item on NuTone's website and rated it poorly for quality. When you consider that a door bell is a background type of item which, if working properly, you don't think about at all, it makes sense that virtually no one thinks to log on to NuTone's website and give it a good review. On the other hand, if an item happens to go bad people get understandably angry and want to make their frustrations known. So, you end up with a tiny handful of negative reviews and no positive reviews on what is actually a quite good and dependable product. Just some food for thought. This is actually a very good item for the price. Don't let the miniscule amount of angry reviewers skew your perspective!. Purchaser90. Omaha, NE. Thu Dec 08 2022
