The item I purchased is bright chrome. I have double front doors. Needed a dummy set which includes an inactive lever for the interior and exterior , inactive key and dummy plate for exterior and interior. The Schlage product itself is heavy, solid and good quality. However Wayfair sent me the wrong parts repeatedly. I spent at least 30 minutes each time trying to explain very clearly the exact parts I needed. They kept sending the same wrong part. In the middle of the discussion I would suddenly be assigned someone else and would have to start explaining all over. Super frustrating. Finally after the second round of receiving the wrong replacement part I was told the dummy plate was not available. To top it off they took so long to straighten this out that my front door was repainted and I had to put the old set back on which will probably leave marks on the new paint. I now am on a search for the dummy plate. Jrp. California. Fri Jul 10 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this is absolutely beautiful. It is so easy to install, and it took very little effort. The security of it makes me feel so much more safe. I live right between a major highway and railroad tracks. The fact that it can't be picked sold me right away into going out and buying another one for my other door. It is very often that my children and I are the only ones home, this is the best for us.. It is a beautiful set seriously gorgeous. Good weight high quality set works great. 4 stars because it is MUCH darker than the pictures. The pictures are very misleading they are very very dark with a bit of bronze poking through. They look so good though I can’t even bring myself to return them I’m gonna keep it even though it’s not the color I wanted at all. Beware though they are darker than they look.. Joseph. US.
