I was specifically looking for a space-saving toilet for a tighter layout, and this fit perfectly without feeling cramped at all. The dual flush feature works great and helps save water with the 1.21.8 GPF options, while still providing a strong and efficient flush every time. The soft-close lid is a huge bonus no more loud slamming in the middle of the night! The dirt-resistant glaze also makes cleaning much easier, and it stays looking polished with minimal effort. Installation was straightforward, and the overall quality feels much more premium than I expected for the price. It’s comfortable, quiet, efficient, and perfect for apartments, guest bathrooms, or any smaller space. Some reviews stated the toilet size is more for children. Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. When you stand up, it springs back, waiting to surprise the next unaware bathroom guest. The toilet would have been a five-star, if not for this unusual, unexpected feature.. Pati. Harrisburg, IL. This is one of 3 new toilets we purchased for our new home. It is the first one to get installed and everyone loves it! The heated seat is a great feature and the toilet is so sleek and good-looking! I also love the automatic closing feature - which is mainly why I purchased it! Tired of going around closing toilet lids every day!!! One thing I didn't take into account is the location is facing the bathroom door and next to the walk-in shower. So every time we walk in the toilet automatically opens even if we aren't using it. And when we turn on the shower - same thing. So keep in mind the location of your toilet and if that will bother you or not. But we love ours!!!. Rosie. Thu Aug 13 2026

4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from . Jayne. IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

Fairly easy installation. We did all the installation ourselves and found it fairly straightforward. Very happy with our purchase so far. Do wish the seat didn’t go up every time you walk near it. But otherwise it has all the features we wanted. 4 stars because we just installed and so don’t have any idea how it will hold up but so far so good.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 09 2026

This toilet basically makes my old toilet look like it belongs in the Stone Age. The automatic lid opening and closing is a great touch, and the heated seat, warm-air dryer, and dual-flush system take the whole bathroom experience up several notches. I also really like the comfort height—it’s much easier to sit down and stand back up without doing a squat workout every time. The built-in digital display gives it a surprisingly high-tech feel, while the tankless design keeps the look clean and modern. The automatic flushing works well, and the 1.28 GPF rating is a nice bonus for keeping water usage reasonable. Honestly, once you get used to a toilet that opens the lid for you, keeps your backside warm, and handles the cleanup duties, going back to a basic toilet feels like a serious downgrade. This is less “bathroom fixture” and more “personal throne.”. Kurt. Peoria, AZ. Sun Oct 04 2026
