We had this brand at our old house. They have since changed up the inner workings which in one case is great and in another bad. The good part is the door knobs no longer get screwed on and thats a huge plus. The bad part is the door can be shut with the door in the locked position. It doesnt unlock unless the interior knob is turned. The knobs can also bind up if the faceplate is attached too tight to the door. Even with these downsides...it is a nice set and plan on purchasing a dozen more.. John. WV. Tue Sep 22 2020

Was a little disappointed. The heads on the wood screws for holding the plate on the door jamb were too small and cannot be used to secure the plate. The item is fairly expensive. I was disappointed in the quality control for what the item is and how much they cost. Functions nice and looks great, but still frustrating when you need to go to a hardware store to get the correct size screws. The screws may only be a buck or two, but having this problem creates the need to take extra time to do the job as well as a trip to the hardware store. Michael. OH. Wed Mar 24 2021
