Lots of broken tile arrived because no fragile warning label placed on item. FedEx delivered it and was not careful with it. Had to request replacement twice. Wayfair was quick to help and send replacement . Otherwise, tile is beautiful. Just really bad packaging and transport.. Alison. Nashville, TN. Thu Aug 20 2026
