Fortunately, this product was extremely easy to install as I was able to use the same supports that existed from a previous tower. This made installation very simple and very fast. Unfortunately, my contractor was wearing a zippered jacket when he tried to attach the unit to the wall. He scratched the stainless. But upon installation, the scratches weren't visible. Because it's stainless steel, it naturally shows water spots very easily. I have used WD-40 on my stainless appliances from time to time and I found it to be very effective. That said I'm not a contractor so I don't know if this is an appropriate cleaning method. I had a heck of a time, though, turning the thing on and laugh as I write about it. Reading really is fundamental! I always read the instructions before trying to operate anything mechanical. I didn't this time and became soaked in the process of trying to take a shower before even stepping into the shower. Also, the icons are teeny tiny ones and almost impossible to see without a headlamp and magnifying glass. That said I'm old and that could be my problem. Lol. Also, this item is a great bang for the buck as they say. Had I not been able to find another tower that appealed to me? I would've had to rip the wall and tile out to install a regular showerhead. So glad this was a great option. But I still don't understand everyone's fascination with body jets.. Wendy. Portland, PA. Sun Apr 27 2025

Fine product and a very functional, yet clean design. The package was delayed in transit by FEDEX and I was certain there would be some damage due to all the excessive handling, but the packing was excellent. I have yet to be able to find any evidence that the shower head is ADJUSTABLE and suspect that the Website description is an error, thus 4 stars. Purchased this 110 unit and very sorry. Rust comes out after a few uses and they forget to tell you you have to flush it with food grade product frequently. Had installation issues because manual is SO poorly written and ended up paying plumber and electrician more than a 220v unit would cost. Bought from coral seas who put me in touch with atlas mtg. Who has been unsympathetic and un helpful. Save your money and upgrade to a better known proven system. I'll be replacing mine when I can afford it.
