Nice tower and lots of jets and other options in one unit. Not an easy install because of making holes in ceramic tile. Making sure all line up and no damage to my existing tile Took me 2.5 hours. This bad boy arrived very well packaged. I was surprised how heavy it felt. The unit by itself is not heavy at all but looks like its made to last high with quality material. Fortunately, this product was extremely easy to install as I was able to use the same supports that existed from a previous tower. This made installation very simple and very fast. Unfortunately, my contractor was wearing a zippered jacket when he tried to attach the unit to the wall. He scratched the stainless. But upon installation, the scratches weren't visible. Because it's stainless steel, it naturally shows water spots very easily. I have used WD-40 on my stainless appliances from time to time and I found it to be very effective. That said I'm not a contractor so I don't know if this is an appropriate cleaning method. I had a heck of a time, though, turning the thing on and laugh as I write about it. Reading really is fundamental! I always read the instructions before trying to operate anything mechanical. I didn't this time and became soaked in the process of trying to take a shower before even stepping into the shower. Also, the icons are teeny tiny ones and almost impossible to see without a headlamp and magnifying glass. That said I'm old and that could be my problem. Lol. The Hand Shower and the water faucet at the bottom are not metal. The plastic feels cheep. (looks good) the hand shower faucet hose was also a bit cheap feeling. I replaced the hand shower and hose with another I had for a much stronger feeling product. Install was very easy. the finish was excellent especially for the low price.
