I’m extremely happy with this fireplace screen. My fireplace has a very large opening, almost 6 feet wide, so finding a screen that was actually large enough was a challenge. Most of the ones I looked at were made for standard-size fireplaces and either wouldn’t cover the entire opening or looked too small once they were in place. This one worked perfectly for the oversized space. The size is definitely the biggest selling point for me. It provides plenty of coverage across the entire fireplace opening and looks proportional instead of getting lost in such a large area. It also feels sturdy and substantial, which is important with a screen this size. Once it’s set up, it stays in place well and gives me peace of mind knowing there is a proper barrier in front of the fire. I also really like the way it looks. The design is simple and classic, so it adds to the fireplace without taking attention away from it. It gives the whole area a much more finished and polished appearance. If you have an unusually large or oversized fireplace, I would absolutely recommend this screen.
