It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear. Awesome product, especially if you are utilizing as an underlayment, in order to lay down LVT (Luxury Vinyl Planking. It also has excellent insect repellent capability, sound deadening qualifies and insulating characteristics. Since they come in 2’x3’ sheets they are easy to manage. I would suggest stapling down instead of gluing down. Best to use a pneumatic staple gun to nail down in corners, in lieu of glue. You really don’t want those toxic fumes in your home.. Marty. it says for use with wood, can it be used with carpet tiles. You guys recommended a few to me after i bought the carpet tiles from you. I want to make sure its compatible with tiles. This flooring underlayment is a necessary component of any laminate flooring or floating engineered hardwood installation. This underlayment is suitable for a wide range of flooring including laminate, bamboo and engineered wood. Hides minor imperfections in the sub-floor provide a soft cushioned step and absorb sound when walking on the floor.

Having been slowed by the pandemic, I've yet to install the underlayment. Plans to use this in the kitchen area would have meant moving all furniture and appliances to I could then do the installation.
