Subway Outdoor Tile

Bold and directional, this 8x8 matte porcelain tile features a striking stone compass rose motif set against an aged white backdrop with rustic, worn edges. The graphic star pattern recalls European tilework found in coastal villas and Mediterranean courtyards - revived here with durable, slip-resistant porcelain. Whether laid as a single centerpiece or repeated to form a larger medallion, it’s a perfect fit for statement entryways, powder rooms, fireplaces, or accent walls. The subtle texturing and artisanal finish give it the charm of hand-painted ceramic, with the reliability and ease of modern porcelain. Loved by designers for its vintage-meets-contemporary aesthetic, this compass tile brings history, geometry, and storytelling into any space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Durable this far! I really like the color and the finish, overall very cute for small projects. There were 15 in a box! Heavy. Not as fragile as I thought they would be!. Alexandrao. Fri Jun 05 2026

Villa Lagoon Tile's cement tiles are hand-crafted by master artisans using a process over 150 years old. The low-energy non-fired decorative tiles are produced from cement, mineral pigments, ground marble dust, and sand, then pressed and cured to produce one of the most beautiful surfaces on the market. The hand-made nature of cement tile means that no two tiles are alike, with color and pattern variations that give it a beauty similar to natural stone and hardwood surfaces. With proper sealant and care, cement tile makes a great durable surface for residential or commercial floors, walls, and creative uses indoors and outdoors. Note: Cement tiles need to be sealed once or twice, before grouting and general usage.

I did extensive comparison shopping, and these tiles matched the quality of options priced at nearly twice as much, many of which also charged shipping that rivaled the cost of the tiles themselves. The tiles are absolutely beautiful, and every single one arrived in perfect condition, no chips, no breakage. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wayfair continues to be my go-to and has never let me down.. Anonymous. Thu Apr 23 2026

Beautiful tiles !!! Very modern and unique look. Only thing I would recommend is to definitely check the size specifications. These are not 2 x 8 as noted in the title. You must read the fine print specs or you will run into trouble trying to blend these with a solid tile. We ended up having to put them all together which was not our first choice.. Leslie. Inspired by the bold energy of vintage compass roses found in Mediterranean courtyards, the Palmera Star tile makes a striking statement. Geometry that guides the eye - and the space. This 8x8 porcelain tile draws inspiration from mid-century forms, featuring a bold sage green motif curved over a soft matte gray base. The surface shifts between gloss and matte finishes, adding just the right amount of light play and visual depth. Though each tile shares the same face, its modular design unlocks endless layout possibilities - stacked, staggered, or rotated into rhythm. Pressed edges ensure clean spacing, while V2 variation keeps the tone softly organic. Durable and water-resistant, this tile is rated for use on interior walls, backsplashes, shower surrounds, steam rooms, light- and high-traffic floors, pool waterlines, and even exterior applications - just not for shower floors or heavy commercial use. Low-maintenance, statement-making, and full of pattern potential, it’s made for spaces where structure meets personality.

These porcelain tiles - made in Italy, are absolutely stunning and the color reminds me of the pool. We intend to use this in our guest half bathroom and I am so glad that one box will totally do the job for the 12 square footage space. They came well and tightly packaged. Each is real heavy and I expect them to hold good weight once laid with grout. See pictures of back and front. Please note that the pictures on the ground are just the tiles side-by side with no grout yet. This will be my first ever Porcelain tile, so I ook forward to seeing how it holds. Where geometry softens and sage breathes calm. This 8x8 porcelain tile pairs a muted sage green base with an abstract chalk-white geometric print - a rhythmic layout of angled bars and directional lines that echo the language of cut stone or modernist inlay. The matte surface carries subtle texture, while the printed gloss overlay adds light-catching contrast without raising the profile. Designed for movement, the pattern shifts with placement - stack it to create quiet order, rotate it for sculptural effect. Ideal for shower walls, accent backsplashes, or powder room floors, the tile’s pressed edges ensure clean alignment and consistent spacing. It’s also built for more demanding spaces: steam showers, pool surrounds, light commercial floors, and covered patios. Whether used as a singular statement or part of a larger layout, it brings grounded color and modern craft to every surface.
