The tub arrived in good condition and was very well packaged, although it arrived a few days later than estimated. The tub itself was as described and the measurements were accurate. We were a little disappointed in the product quality as the final color finish of the gelcoat was a little bit thin at the bottom of the tub and noticeable under bright lights.. John. Lilburn, GA. This tub is beautiful! My husband and I are building a new house and we put a lot of thought into our master bath/oasis. This tub fits in perfectly with our design plan and really completes the bathroom. We did have to return the tub the first time it got sent to us because it had a pretty big scratch down the inside, but working with Wayfair was so easy. It's a nice and attractive tub. However, I went ahead and deducted 2 stars because of the price I paid and the reason I chose this one. I expected the air jets to not be as loud as they are, and also the "aromatherapy" scent to be noticeable. If I could take it back I probably would have chose a different tub based on those two factors that I thought would be pretty neat.
