So hard to find a built in backsplash. I like that it just has a lip and not the full front, lots of those models. After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. I love this sink and would highly recommend it! But beware... Similar to others, the first sink sent was cracked so I had a little delay waiting for the replacement but Wayfair was amazing and sent one immediately.
