This item was advertised was “pre-hung”, “one piece”, “no assembly required”…however this was delivered in a crate completely separated into 4 pieces. The instructions provided for assembly were MINIMAL, so I called the supplier and spoke to them directly. They sent me a link to a YouTube video (again VERY minimal instructions) and emailed me an 18 page instruction manual which stated things like “remove the glass in the sidelights before installation…”. I called several windowdoor installers and they all refused to assembleinstall this unit. One door expert (with 30 years of experience) told me he had never seen anything like this product before and he wasn’t confident in the finished product. Luckily, Wafair was AMAZING in the refund process. They picked it up ( all the pieces) for a full refund. I was sad because this was a beautiful door…but it was not a product that could be used.. Great looking door! People often comment on how great it looks. However I have 2 big issues with it. 1. Here in the mountains of PA, when it's below 20 degrees, the door feels ice cold to touch, it doesn't seem to have much insulation. Which is upsetting because it's claimed to be insulated for such a climate. 2. I thought not having a door knob wouldn't be such a big deal, but after a few days, it's annoying. It's a small twist lever to lock/unlock and open and there's no possible way to modify it. Honestly if you're going to use your front door often, I wouldn't recommend it. However, If you go in your home mostly through your garage then this wouldn't be a big issue. All the parts feel like quality, once set up on the hinges the door easily swings with little effort. You barely notice the weight of it. I do like that it has multiple levels of seals from the door to frame, I'm just so confused on why it feels so cold.. Navin. Mon Jan 06 2025

Each door comes with a 10-year warranty on the door component, a limited lifetime warranty on the prehung unit as well as a 10-year glass lite warranty. Failure to finish all six sides of the door component will void all warranties.

I needed a double door for my home (as it started as a church). This door works perfectly as the original was painted and 3 panel. I am able to paint the door on both sides. I prefer wood but that is not the original look of the church so this is a great door with more insulation and lower infiltration.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 13 2026

We love our new fiberglass door. This section of the house gets lots of sun and occasional rains. But because it is fiberglass I don't worry about it like a would with a wood door. It is very heavy and solid. It also looks great in our remodeled kitchen. Thank you Wayfair!. Craig. Hilo, HI. Tue Apr 14 2026

Your front door is your best defender. It protects you, your family, and your most valuable personal belongings from theft and damage. Furthermore, our doors insulate your home from extreme weather conditions, as well as unwanted animals, insects, and dust from entering. Our doors have several superior features: a single sheet of metal is used in construction. No welded seams are best as these can significantly weaken the structural integrity of the entranceway. Our doors are also more resilient to mechanic damage, such as sledgehammer strikes. The advantage of a single, non-welded door is that it reduces interior internal condensation. Over time, condensation can negatively affect the door mechanisms. Stiffening ribs: these non-visible details add to our door's security. Quality insulation serves to reduce unwanted external noise, as well as protect against extreme heat, and severe cold. Italian hinges combi Arialdo: hacking is often carried out at the side of a door's hinges. A better feature is utilizing hinges with ball bearings and installed anti-cuts.

Absolutely love the door the style quality paint is amazing metal accents heavy sturdy safety can't say enough positives about this door extremely surprised in a good way on quality!! Need 2 more love to order 2 more for the back of my house. Jeanine. Bonita Springs, FL. Mon May 27 2024
