Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. I replaced a broken Mr Heater Buddy with 2 of these for emergency heat. Not great for indoor use, more suited to a garage. But the Buddy's gas lines got clogged (probably insects) sitting in storage. I needed something resilient that doesn't break while it sleeps and can be set up and packed away easily. This fit the bill perfectly. This heater can put out some heat!! I set mine at 60 degrees and it stays 70-80 degrees in my well insulated small home. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised.
