My purchase decision was based on dual lock/unlock capabilities with digital pad AND key. A template is provided to help align deadbolt lock stem with its coordinating hole pocket. Brand: Delaney Hardware. Model: Lever. Its only been a week, but so far, so good. IMPORTANT There are no instruction how to unlock the door using the digital pad. When the door is locked, press the keypad to activate it. Then 3 or so random numbers appear lit; all the other numbers do not light up. Press those 3 or so numbers that are lit . Fine finish works well. I liked that the outside was a square rosette and the inside was rounded, which is hard to find. It replaced an older Baldwin of same style but the measurements are slightly different if you are retrofitting take this into consideration.
