My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy.. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. Came without o ring/ gaskets and will take almost 2weeks to get replacements…meanwhile our pool sits without working pump but no one seems to care about that this is a major problem.
