National Hardware's squeak-guard hinges enables doors to pivot on one edge as they silently open and close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Squeak Guard Door Hinges, 5/8 inch Radius Round Corners worked great on our back door. Weather and high traffic use had the hinges squeaking when used and irritating the entire family. These hinges alleviated the issue and make for a more peaceful environment.. Demomof4. Georgia. The measurement on the product description says it’s 2 1/2” x 2 1/2” but they are absolutely not! Fully opened they are not square. The width is nowhere near 2 1/2”. The height is correct. V287 3-1/2" HD Gate Hinge - Galvanized

The product itself was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. However, I ordered and paid for 10 hinges (5 packages with 2/pk) but received only 5 hinges (2 packages and a single hinge). After providing a detailed explanation, I received 2 more hinges (1 package) with a promise that another hinge was on the way. Thus, I am still short 2 hinges. I am now going to try for a third time to get this right. Stay tuned…. Anonymous. Tue Apr 28 2026
