My purchase decision was based on dual lock/unlock capabilities with digital pad AND key. A template is provided to help align deadbolt lock stem with its coordinating hole pocket. Brand: Delaney Hardware. Model: Lever. Its only been a week, but so far, so good. IMPORTANT There are no instruction how to unlock the door using the digital pad. When the door is locked, press the keypad to activate it. Then 3 or so random numbers appear lit; all the other numbers do not light up. Press those 3 or so numbers that are lit . Very happy with this purchase! Initially thought it was defective as set codes were not engaging but turns out it was technician error. Would be more helpful if there was a customer service contact number to call for set-up questions/troubleshooting or even a “how to” video. It’s sleek and modern looking.
