The farmhouse fireplace mantel is another unique piece in the Dogberry collections' popular line of real wood decor. Simple yet beautiful, this wood mantel is a timeless piece you’ll love for years. This beam is constructed out of ¾” thick Aspen wood and is 6 1/2" tall. You choose the length and depth. Each piece of wood is unique and will have more or less character/knots than the other. It is designed to look like a solid beam without weight. The distressed beams are painted either black or white and have the edges sanded over and a brown stain/wax applied for a distressed look. The distressed beams will not be a solid color. Easy to install utilizing a French cleat mounting bracket which is included. Screws are not included. You will need to purchase 3" screws for the application you will be attaching the bracket to. Wood is considered a combustible material. Heat clearances must be adhered to. If installing over a fireplace, check your local building codes and the manufacturer's instructions for your specific fireplace insert or stove.

Due to the natural imperfections captured from the Limestone, the top of the mantel shelf will have natural offsets and depressions and the dimensions will vary slightly, i.e. shelf height and depth will be marginally different across the entire mantel. 5”H x 9”D 100lbs. When mounting your mantel, adhere to the “clearances to combustibles” specifications of your fireplace insert or stove.

Beautiful mantel quality as expected worth the price highly recommend. The product quality is super however I did not like the wayfair delivery left the package at the door without double checking the product because this product has marked as non refundable so be careful its better to be there and ask the delivery guys open the box and double check everything.
