Really nice in our kitchen. We replaced an old cast iron sink with this one and it instantly updated my kitchen. Only problem is there is a metal rail all around the bottom rim of the sink that you put the clips on to hold it into place. The plumber had to cut my counter top so the sink would fit.. Carol. So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. Update: Upon contacting Wayfair support, customer service settled these issues to 100% satisfaction. I would recommend Wayfair .. Jer. Mon Mar 02 2026
