This doorknob was the perfect fit from my tiny craftsman house and felt high quality. It took me a while for to complete a project and install it, and when I did, one of the glass doorknobs immediately fell off. I tied fixing several times but could not securely reattach it, and by then product was past the 30 day return/resolve window. The doorknob and matching hinges are perfect otherwise. The Viaggio Circolo privacy door knob with Circolo rosette was delivered earlier than expected. The door knob was packed in a lovely blue box that resembled a gift box. Inside the box all the pieces for assembly of the door knob and the door knob itself were wrapped with bubble wrap. Easy to follow instructions were included.
