After order it did take three weeks for delivery. Not sure of the process but it looks custom upon receipt. There are actually two different polls. I’m glad I got one of each for a left and right. Very nice looking drawer pulls go perfectly with my olive branch edge-lighted window art. I deducted a star because of the odd spacing (2 15/16" on center) of the mounting screws. I therefor could not use my professional mounting jig, but had to spend extra time constructing a special one because industry-standard drawer pull spacings are in even half inches.
