It’s great to have a steamer I can use anywhere. Overall it’s very good. I can get more steam over my stove, but that’s perhaps a given. The mask smells. I wonder how long it will take for that to go away. The on/off buttons are convenient- actually too convenient; it’s very easy to inadvertently turn the device off as you hold it.. Chantdon. I am really happy with this product. It needs to be refilled about once every 24h otherwise is very simple to use. The only thing I think can be improved is when you refill the water tank, you need to take it off the base and turn it upside down. Here the issue is you cannot set it down completely on the bottom of your sink because as it fills up with water it becomes heave and there is a plastic handle that can be broken off. You have to hold the tank while refilling, a little annoying. Otherwise it is a great product, I would buy it again!. George. Brooklyn, NY. Thu Jan 15 2015
