I ordered this and returned it before it was installed because it has small holes for the spray and no rubber tips. Our water is hard and I need rubber tips, otherwise it would mean that I would have to frequently soak it in vinegar water to remove the scale. I don't like it when you're forced to unfairly rate something that affects the overall score of the item. If you don't live in a hard water area it might be great for you. I want something stronger. This is a little on the weaker side for me, but is by no means a weak stream of water.
