Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. Purchased this on a boxing week sale, we are very happy with it. We like the fact that this unit has a stainless steel wand, where as other units we looked at used plastic. The only feature this one didn't have that would have been nice to have would be separate user profile settings, however this is not a showstopper for us. This is the same model we had purchased for one of our bathrooms in our previous home. The heated seat is a wonderful feature especially during the winter. I wasn't sure if a smart toilet would be worth it, but after using the Coit for a few weeks, I can honestly say it has been one of my favorite upgrades. Installation was easier than I expected, the remote use is pretty straightforward. I love that the lid opens automatically when I walk up, and the automatic flush and foot button make everything feel so much more convenient and hygienic. The heated seat, endless warm water wash, and warm air dryer make a huge difference - the built-in nightlight is a nice bonus for latenight trips to the bathroom. Had it for over a year before replacing it with the genie bidet, which is a toilet seat bidet. Loved it though, very powerful and I always felt so clean after. Because it doesnt have a dryer, I did still need toilet paper, but significantly less. It was hard to clean though, and I couldnt get the seat part of my toilet seat cover to close all the way.
