I love this set. It’s stylish and sleek. The only negative I have is that the plate that the deadbolt and handle sits on twists over time and I have to re-tighten it occasionally. The item I purchased is bright chrome. I have double front doors. Needed a dummy set which includes an inactive lever for the interior and exterior , inactive key and dummy plate for exterior and interior. The Schlage product itself is heavy, solid and good quality. However Wayfair sent me the wrong parts repeatedly. I spent at least 30 minutes each time trying to explain very clearly the exact parts I needed. They kept sending the same wrong part. In the middle of the discussion I would suddenly be assigned someone else and would have to start explaining all over. Super frustrating. Finally after the second round of receiving the wrong replacement part I was told the dummy plate was not available. To top it off they took so long to straighten this out that my front door was repainted and I had to put the old set back on which will probably leave marks on the new paint. I’ve always had Baldwin handle sets for the craftsmanship. These are always very heavyquality pieces . This time I went with the Venetian Bronze for a new house and it’s perfect. The finishes are very high quality and really last in tropical, humid, and harsh climates.
