It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. Really happy with how these turned out. I put these in our guest bathroom and they completely changed the look of the space. I recently purchased the round mirror with a lighted border, and I must say, it's a stunning addition to my space! The mirror itself is beautiful, with a sleek and modern design that fits perfectly with my decor. However, I did encounter some difficulties during the installation process. Trying to line up a round mirror is hard and make sure the light button was centered proved to be a challenge. With some trial and error to get everything lined up correctly, I was very pleased with the end result and it was well worth the effort. It is a bummer that you can see the cord hanging below too, but is really nice. Once installed, the mirror adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the room. Wish these came as individual pieces you can buy, we only ended up using 3 of them, but I love how they turned out! Did take a bit of trial and error to cut them to fit appropriately into our drop ceiling, but good product, doesn't bend or break easily. Absolutely stunning! Painted the plane styrofoam tiles with acrylic metallic paint, then antique with black acrylic paint. Used an instant grab glue to put tiles up. Simple, easy process. Incredibly pleased with the results. Spend a lot of time laying on the floor just looking at the ceiling! The tiles I ordered for another room arrived today, cant wait to start getting them ready..
