The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. This tub is a perfect fit. I love the dimensions most of all, because we were replacing a tub that was too short for the space. This tub is longer than the standard 60 inch tub, so I love that we could finally use all the available space for a tubshower combo in this bathroom. I like that the tub is fun for a kids bathroom, but not silly looking, so itll grow with my kid to the teen years. I like that our guests like the bumps on the bottom of the tub, too, for extra safety. The bumps feel nice on the feet and body. The matching drain is lovely. Tub was listed on the website as cast iron but actually was acrylic. Talked to customer service representative who was wonderful and immediately said the info was sent by the manufacturer to go on Wayfair website and that Wayfair was unaware that it wasn't cast iron.
