The tub is narrower than I expected but it will work for my needs. It was very heavy! I think it will be good to retain heat but difficult to move around the site before setting in place, I guess I didn't realize it was resin stone. I'm hoping it cleans well but it certainly won't be moving once set in place.. Susanne. Glenville, NC. Thu Oct 22 2026

This is a beautiful tub. The first attempt at delivery was not successful because the tub had some yellow stains on the inside. The team worked to quickly ship and deliver another tub, which was spotless. This tub retains its heat and the water stays hot, even after being in it for an hour. If you’re on the fence, I would encourage you to purchase. Worth the price for sure! This is a solid tub and cleans up very well. I was a little worried about staining but used a mild stone cleaner after each use and that has worked well. I LOVE my new tub! A true bath experience with this tub!. Lydia. Houston, TX. This tub looks beautiful in the picture. The tub that came was not the tub we ordered, so we started the return process which showed that we would have to pay $150 freight costs. My husband talked to a representative on the phone and they said there was no way to reverse the charge because we had started a return online, so they only issued the refund for the tub cost. I contacted customer service via email listed at the bottom of the original order, explained the situation and asked for a refund of the freight cost since the we had not received the tub we had ordered. With in 48 hours I had an email response letting me know we would be refunded freight costs and it was back in our account 24 hours after that. We have ordered from Wayfair frequently in the past and this is the first time we have had any issue. I wish the original tub had been sent, but I am pleased with the customer service even if it took a little extra effort on my part.. Scott. Burley, ID. Wed Sep 16 2026
