Baldwin Door Stops

Seemed like good quality but our doors were too high to use them.. Stacey. West Minster, SC. Wed Jan 28 2026

Exactly what I needed and installed today, perfect!. Mary. Vero Beach, FL. Tue Oct 14 2025

The Baldwin Wall Flush Bumper makes for a great addition to any door that is in need of an accessory and has good functionality but does not compromise on aesthetic appeal. It has a hardy and reliable structure that lends it fantastic strength, while its attractive design serves to increase its visual charm. This doorstop has a traditional style that compounds its good looks. It has oil rubbed bronze finish that is highly compatible with most interior decor themes. The Wall Flush Bumper from Baldwin has fasteners that are concealed under the rubber bumper, so as to not disrupt its clean aesthetics.

Good but they sent me the wrong color (. Tessa. Andrews, SC. Fri Dec 04 2020

A nice way to stop the door knob from hitting the wall. Its also a great alternative from those springs that extend from the wall near the floor. My dogs love to chew on those!. Anonymous. GA. Mon Dec 03 2018

I was a little worried drilling directly into my hardwood floors, but this actually worked great. It is well secured, and I like how it goes far back on the door to prevent the door knob from hitting the wall. Great buy.. Jeffrey. Steamboat, CO. Thu Apr 16 2026

I bought and installed three of these Baldwin Gooseneck Bumper Floor Stops to use in preventing three custom made heavy steel doors from slamming into the adjacent walls. I was very pleased with the simplicity and heft of these floor stops, but have two observations prospective future buyers should take into account. One is the item is only 2 inches tall. This might be sufficiently high for a standard interior door, but the bottom of many exterior doors will be too tall for such a short stop because they are made to fit over high thresholds with deep door shoes for improved weather resistance. I had to raise the height of the stops 1/2 inch using plastic shims shaped and drilled to be compatible with the stops. The second observation is that the installation is not so easy if you want to install them on a concrete floor. I compliment Baldwin for providing all the necessary hardware to install on both wood and concrete floors, however, for concrete floors you will need a hammer drill, specialty 1/2-inch and 5/8-inch concrete bits (probably SDS bits), and more than the ordinary amount of experience and ability with the installation of concrete wedge anchors. Unfortunately, Baldwin does not provide any installation instructions, either in the box or on their website. I will say that I'm happy with the product, now that I have them installed - solid and sturdy.. Anonymous. Overton, NV. Tue Nov 14 2017
